Next, figure out where your motivation went. We’re there any external factors that might have contributed to this? Did something happen at work? Did someone say something discouraging? Or maybe it was something as simple as being hungry or tired.
Once you’ve identified what caused your motivation to drop off, come up with a plan for how to address those issues going forward so they don’t happen again!
And finally… take action! It’s easy to get into a rut where we feel like nothing is working—but the truth is that if we keep pushing through these obstacles over and over again, eventually they’ll start working themselves out and we’ll find ourselves back on track with our fitness goals!
