Note:
Start at two reps each, go up by two until TEN reps each, then back down.
- Hand Swing
- Goblet Squat
- Push Up
2.)
Note:
You can perform the exercises back to back or with some rest between. Get as many rounds done as possible in 15 minutes. Try to beat your total rounds each time you perform this workout.
- Clean and Press x 5 each side
- Goblet squat x 10
- Swing x 15
3.)
Note:
Complete as a circuit and do as many quality rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
- Double KB clean x 8
- Double KB Front squat x 5
- Push up x 3
- Renegade row (perform from a plank position and row each kettlebell) x 2 reps
- Plank x 1 minute
4.)
Note:
Complete as a circuit and do as many quality rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
- TRX /Ring Rows x 10
- Hindu pushups x 10
- Single leg hip thrusts x 10 each side
- Bulgarian split squats x 10 each leg
- Leg raises x 15- 20
5.)
Note:
Complete as a circuit and do 3 – 5 rounds.
